Workshops

Small Group Workshops
Small group workshops enable a much more highly customised and personalised learning experience for participants. Individual issues can be addressed as well as having the cost advantage that workshops provide. Although not as focused as one-on-one coaching, small group workshops are an economical but very effectual means of moving teams forward. Small group workshops are a great way for to assist in the development of new leaders or leaders with new challenges to ‘step up’. The supportive environment provided by a small group, together with the challenges set by the Summit Coaching facilitator can enhance learning considerably.

Gill planned and facilitated a full day of leadership skills training and planning for the Cbus Leadership Group. The team were impressed by Gill's passion and enthusiasm for what she does, her skill in engaging the team and her ability to move us forward. Since the planning day there has been a distinct improvement in the leadership team dynamics which we expect to flow on to improved performance of the entire team and the bottom line.

Team Workshops
Summit Coaching has worked with many clients to assist in the development of teams particularly at company retreats and planning days. The benefit of workshops is that you have the opportunity to work with the team facing the challenges and the real team dynamics that they face in the work environment. Workshops enable the sharing of experiences and the building of constructive bonds across the business while learning new skills to move businesses forward.

Gill planned and facilitated 3 half day workshops to develop action plans to address key areas for improvement resulting from a client survey. The workshops were attended by 80 people from my business unit. This meant Gill needed a design that worked for staff with a broad range of skills and experience. The results were excellent with staff engaged and contributing ideas for improvement. An action plan was subsequently developed and implementation has commenced.
