Gillian McDonald is the Principal of Summit Coaching. Gillian uses her strong strategic background, recognised coaching abilities and communication skills to assist you make people within your business even brighter stars.

As Principal of Summit Coaching, she has coached executives and senior staff members in the finance, superannuation, legal and accounting industries to exceptional results in their personal and professional lives. Gillian empathises with her clients. She has over fifteen years experience as a part of executive and senior management teams primarily in the areas of strategy, business development and business management.

She has a particular passion for working with emerging leaders or leaders presented with a new challenge, developing their full potential through coaching. Gillian recently designed and assist lead a National Think Tank for a leading superannuation company, working alongside their business leaders of the future on topics such as strategy, business development, best practice and personal development.

Gillian has conducted sessions at executive retreats, strategy retreats, new leaders retreats and workshops, across a number of industries. Working with small groups on strategic issues followed by one-on-one coaching has produced the most powerful and sustainable improvements to date.

Gillian’s love of learning sees her combine theory with experience in assisting others make their journey so much more rewarding. Gillian has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), post-graduate qualifications in Business Administration and Strategic Foresight, ASFA qualifications in Superannuation, a Certificate in Advanced Training Skills, is a qualified NLP Practitioner and is currently completing her Diploma of Coaching from Australia’s top coaching school, The Coaching Institute.

Gillian sees coaching as a supportive but challenging approach to move individuals out of their comfort zones, to take on new skills, new experiences and ultimately have the awareness and responsibility to lead businesses forward.

Renee Gianrusso
Metamorphose Coaching

Renee enjoys working with clients to bridge the gap to magnificence in their lives. Whether sessions are run one on one or as a team, Renee has the passion and ability to assist in creating transformations fitting in with the client’s objective and ultimate outcome.

Renee has over 15 years in retail & FMCG and therefore a great understanding of the needs of executives and leaders to perform at their peak. Renee has a Diploma in Business and Marketing and has also completed a Retail Traineeship. She has completed Train the Trainer and is also fluent in Lominger competencies. She is currently completing her Certificate IV in Coaching and her Advanced Practitioner in Coach Mastery at the highly regarded Coaching Institute. She is also member of the International Coaching Federation.

Renee has a passion to work with people who want to better themselves and has attracted clients from the corporate and life coaching arena. She finds coaching and training rewarding and has proven results in assisting clients to a more empowering life.

 

Anneli Blundell
Beyond Coaching
With a passion for the powerful and pervasive connection of thought, language, and behaviour, Anneli has grown a successful training and coaching practice. Anneli has enjoyed over 10 years in management and leadership roles across several industries. Her specific expertise lies within the retail financial services industry.
Having undertaken various management roles in the banking industry, including Branch Management, Relationship Development Management, and most recently as the Branch Platforms Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Anneli has developed a broad range of skills which enable her to quickly assist people to new levels of achievement within the financial services arena.
Anneli has been involved in providing coach training and mentoring for students undertaking the Certificate IV and Diploma of Coaching at Australia's leading coach training school (The Coaching Institute). She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation’s Melbourne leadership group.
Together with her high levels of experience, Anneli has a number of qualifications including a Bachelor of Business (HR Major), Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Project Management and she is currently completing her Diploma of Coaching.
